Returns Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For any damaged items we can offer a delivery/collection where we deliver a replacement and collect the damaged item. Please note no replacements will be sent out without arranging to have the damaged product back.

FAQ Returns
I ordered the wrong product
No problems! Simply return the product to us and we will exchange it. If the product you wanted is cheaper we will refund you. If it's more expensive we will send a payment link for the difference. If it's the same price we will send it out as soon as we get the other item back!
There has been damage in transit
If there has been damage in transit please email us images of the product and parcel and we will assess and action accordingly.
I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item please email us your order number and a picture of the product you received and we will investigate what has happened.
